Visitation 8-10 a.m. Thursday (Sept. 14) at St. Joseph Catholic Church. Funeral Mass at 10:30 a.m. Burial to follow at Hawaii Veterans Cemetery No. 2. Casual attire. Clarita Dela Rosa, 76, of Honokaa died Sept. 6 at Hale Ho‘ola Hamakua. Born in Puunene, Maui, she was a retired waitress at the Mauna Kea Beach Hotel and The Orchid at Mauna Lani, Waimea Shell employee, private adult caregiver, member of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church and International Longshore and Warehouse Union. Visitation 8-9:30 a.m. Friday (Sept. 15) at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, Honokaa. Funeral Mass at 10 a.m. Burial to follow at Honokaa Catholic Cemetery. Casual attire. Clifford “Bull” Ichiro Higa, 65, of Pepeekeo died Aug. 16 at Hilo Medical Center. Born in Hilo, he was a business development manager for Safety Systems and Signs Hawaii and member of General Contractors Association and the Building Industry Association. Lindy Mitsuko Baculpo Kuamoo, 43, of Hilo died Sept. 5 at Hospice of Hilo Pohai Malama Care Center. Born in Hilo, she was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Hilo, former Hawaii Tribune-Herald circulation employee and Bank of Hawaii employee.
